the model aircraft kit I bought last Tuesday.

I opened the box, the wings were missing and the glue had all dried up. I am
returning the kit with this letter and would like a full refund of my money.

was very disappointed not to be able to make the model plane. I usually find
that toys bought from The Toy Company are excellent.
